The history of the label:
Morus Nigra. So the Romans called the tree of the Moro Nero.
From Persia to Greece, the Moro culture landed on our peninsula and the Romans rooted this tree in the Abruzzi. In the Teramo area, the Moro plantations were widespread near farms, roadsides and river banks. The tree, considered magical, was also grown around the vineyards.
Even on the edge of our vineyards, ancient Moro trees grow. From a silk thread to a divine tear. Soft, enveloping, pleasant, like a fruity and fragrant blackberry. This is the Nero dei Due Mori Anfra.
