ZETE
A modern and enologically correct wine.
Straw yellow with light greenish reflections, bright. Fragrant, floral with notes of white acacia and hawthorn flowers, slight hints of mimosa and broom; fruity with hints of apple and ripe apricot, on the pleasantly citrus finish.

Harvest: Grapes harvested only when fully ripe
Vinification: At controlled temperature, soft pressing
Aging: Steel and then in the bottle for about two months before marketing

The history of the label:
Zete (Ζέτε), brother of Calai, son of the Borea and Orizia wind. It is described according to some with wings attached to the heels, according to others, on the sides as in birds. Together with his brother Calai, he sent the three Harpies Aello, Celeno and Ocipite to flight from Thrace, chasing them away from Fineo, at the time when the Argonauts of Jason were moving towards Colchis. Zete participated together with Calai in the mission of recovering the golden fleece. Zete said he who, rushing through the air, "blows hard", like the fragrant and floral scents of our wine.
